Subject Access Request

Under the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. This is known as a Subject Access Request (SAR).

You are entitled to be told whether information is held about you and to receive a copy of that information within one month, unless a lawful exemption applies.

 

We can only process your request once you have provided satisfactory proof of identity, to ensure that personal information is released only to the correct individual.
