Starting A Scheme

Our organisation works to create and support Community Watch schemes across Luton. Schemes are made up of neighbours living in one or more streets, an estate, a defined area, or even a small hamlet or village. Each scheme has a Coordinator, who works with fellow neighbours and acts as the main point of contact for support. Coordinators liaise with Trustees, partners and other community groups to help keep their area informed and connected.

Luton residents who wish to start a scheme in their area, or join an existing scheme, can apply through the Join page of this website. Applications are open to anyone who wants to help strengthen community safety, improve neighbourhood cohesion and support local initiatives.
