Starting A Scheme

Our organisation works to create and promote schemes in Luton.  Schemes are made up of neighbours in one or more streets, in an area, or a hamlet or small village.  Each scheme has a coordinator, who works with fellow neighbours. The are a focal point for support and liaise with Trustees, Partners, and Other groups.

Luton residents wishing to start a scheme in their area as a coordinator or Join a scheme can apply through the Join page of the website.
